Our history

Two years ago, in Waterleigh, Marcel Figueroa started teaching soccer to kids.

His goal was simple: help them learn and have fun. Working with FD Football Club, he gained experience and learned a lot.

Soon, his private lessons turned into a group of 15-20 kids who felt like family. Marcel added a second class for different ages, and things started growing.

Marcel’s dream was bigger: create a soccer place for everyone, no matter where they lived or how much money they had.

That’s when Marcel teamed up with Martin Molina.

Together, they made La Cantera Orlando. Their goal? To be the best and make soccer fun for all kids.

Now, La Cantera Orlando is just getting started. We believe in helping kids learn soccer, make friends, and grow as players and people.
